On my list

Throughout my blogs I'm going to mention people (actors/actresses) I tend to forget about. People I usually love but fall off my radar. Today, it's Anthony LaPaglia who I had a major crush on as a kid when he was in "Betsy's Wedding."

I forgot that he was Australian as he always plays a New Yorker/Gangster type. He is Italian and Dutch but was born and raised in Australia. I saw him on Inside The Actor's Studio tonight and that accent matched with the look of an Italian....well....irresistable. And he's covered in tatoos. Not bad for a 50 year old. I love him almost as much as DeNiro.

Anyways, I'm keeping him in mind for script ideas. He's be great for a dramatic role. Hmmm....the wheels are spinning.

I finally got a new stereo for my car today! It only took going to 3 different Best Buy's to get it done. Manny and I spent most of the day playing "Would You Rather?" and then went to watch a flick. Last night we went out and saw "Milk". It was my second time seeing it, but he's my best bud, so I had to make sure he watched it too. I think I've seen a movie at the theater every day since Thursday. I saw "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" and "Happy Go Lucky" at the Elmwood on Thursday. I saw "Doubt" on Friday at Shattuck. I saw "Milk" on Saturday and I saw "New In Town" today. Mind you that I was aware "New In Town" was just a cornball, easy breezy film, but I've been watching a lot of serious stuff lately and needed a break.

The Rumsey Pool Tournament is starting tomorrow. I actually bought trophies for the winning team this year. I should have brushed up on my pool playing skills this weekend, but I'm pretty good so I'm not too worried. I did in fact brush up on my air hockey, and Manu and I played Dance Dance Revolution at an arcade....yeah...I'm serious.

I'm super tired and wish I could sleep all day tomorrow. Sadly, that will not be the case. Oh, I watched "Another Evening With Kevin Smith" the other day. I will never get tired of that man. I don't care if he's fat, constantly wears a trench coat and sweats all the time, he's f'ing smart, funny and tells a great story. That makes him sexy as hell.
